This Privacy Policy describes how Adwapi (“we”, “our”) operates
AI Sales CRM / Ai Agent (“the App”, “the Service”) at
https://ai.adwapi.com, including the Android application
(com.aicrm.leadmanager). The App helps businesses automate WhatsApp replies,
qualify leads, manage orders, and forward data to webhooks or CRM tools you configure.
1. Information we collect
The App processes the following data on your device and services you connect:
- Business settings (business name, products, catalog, website info, bot rules, webhook URL).
- API keys you provide (Gemini API key stored locally on your device).
- License key for app activation (validated online; usage counters may be stored in Firebase).
- Customer messages from your linked WhatsApp session, used to generate AI replies.
- Lead & order details extracted from conversations (name, phone, address, product, etc.).
- Product photos & attachments you upload for automated sending.
- Chat history (recent messages per conversation) for AI context.
- Account data if you sign in with Google (email, user ID) for cloud sync features.
2. How we use information
- Generate automated replies using Google Gemini or your own API key.
- Validate your app license and track shared AI usage quotas.
- Store leads, orders, and conversations locally and optionally in Firebase under your account.
- Send qualified leads to webhooks you configure.
- Show notifications for incoming customer messages.
- Keep automation running in the background when you enable it.
3. Third-party services
- Google Gemini API — message text and context sent to Google when AI is enabled.

- Google Firebase — authentication, Firestore (license, optional cloud sync), analytics, crash reporting.

- Webhook URL you configure — lead/order data sent to your CRM, Zapier, or other endpoint.
- WhatsApp Web — the App uses an in-app WebView session you link. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp/Meta.
4. Data storage & security
- Settings and API keys are stored locally using Android secure storage where available.
- Conversations, orders, and leads are stored in a local on-device database.
- License validation reads/writes limited fields in Firebase (
licenses collection).
- You are responsible for securing your device, API keys, and webhook endpoints.
5. Permissions
- Internet — AI, Firebase, webhooks, WhatsApp Web.
- Notifications — alerts for incoming messages.
- Foreground service — keep automation active when enabled.
- Boot completed — restart automation after device reboot (delayed watchdog).
- Battery optimization exemption — optional, for background reliability.
6. Data retention & deletion
Data remains on your device until you clear it in Settings, clear app data, or uninstall.
You can delete individual conversations or wipe all history from the App settings.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is for business users and is not directed at children under 13.
8. Your responsibilities
- Comply with applicable laws (messaging, marketing, data protection) in your region.
- Obtain required consent from customers before automating replies or processing their data.
- You control your Gemini API key and webhook destinations.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
